Our commitment and policy reflects the integrated way we work in the areas of health, safety, security and the environment. All contractors and joint ventures under our operational control must manage HSSE in line with the commitment and policy of Iben Nora Group safety rules. As everyone is responsible for the safety of our work to ensure everyone returns to their loved ones.

We are committed to safety and constantly strive for an accident free workplace. This commitment goes above and beyond compliance requirements to include a full range of training and active safety programs for our direct employees and contractors, to ensure they share the company’s vision and values.

Our safety commitment includes:
Iben Nora Group Conduct weekly Safety Committee meetings to identify any potential risks or hazards in the workplace and immediately address these concerns.
Training all employees on Job Safety Analyses/Job Safety Hazards to assist the Safety Committee in creating procedures that establish an accident free workplace.
Fostering field ownership of our Safety Program to ensure our operators independently make good decisions and report all safety concerns.
Provide all employees with a work environment free from unacceptable hazards.
Ensure that employees have the appropriate tools and training to successfully complete each job safely.
Communicate to all employees and require the use of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct routine inspections, observations, and/or Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to ensure all unsafe conditions and behaviors are addressed.
Ensure safety and health issues are considered before awarding contracts.
